EULA - End User License Agreement

AGREEMENT ON A SINGLE-USER LICENSE FOR ADO++ SOFTWARE

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

This End-User License Agreement to ADO++ is a legal contract between you and the RP-Software development for the above software product, to which the computer software and, where applicable, associated media, printed and online documentation, or documentation in electronic form belong to: (referenced to in the following as "SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). Using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by installing, copying or otherwise use, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement. If you don't agree with the terms of this agreement, you may not use or install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You can in this case get for a full refund of the purchase price back.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by international laws and treaties on copyright and other laws and treaties that protect intellectual property. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is a right of use (license) issued, you will receive no property right to the product.

1) LICENSE GRANT. This End-User License Agreement grants you as the end user of the computer software, the following rights:
* Software application. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may only be used by you. You may make one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any earlier version of this software on just one computer and install and use. If you have a license for more than one user acquired, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be installed on any number of computers, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used only by the number of users which was purchased by you.

2) OTHER RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS.
* The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a total product. Its components may not be separated from each other on multiple computers.
* Rental. You may not let third parties use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT nor rent or lend it.
* Transfer the software. You may transfer the whole contract rights of the present license agreement, if you (a) retain no copies, (b) the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is transferred completely (including all components, media, print media, upgrades, this License Agreement and, where appropriate, the certificate of authenticity) and (c ) if the the recipient accepts all terms of this End User License Agreement. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, you must transfer all previous versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of your possible rights.
* Support Services. If this SOFTWARE PRODUCT has been purchased as part of a "package" with the products of other software or hardware manufacturer , the end user has obtain support services from these manufacturers. Otherwise, RP-Software will provide software and support services for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (hereafter referred to as "support services"). Technical information you give to RP software in conjunction support services, RP software can use these informations for developing its own business goals.

3) COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS.
* All rights to trademarks, property rights and copyrights in and in connection with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the accompanying printed media as well as all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by RP-Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright and trademark law and international treaties. For the storage of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT apply for copyrighted materials customary rules, and you may not be accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT printed copy.
* In addition, you may not even deletes references to changes to copyright or trademark of RP in the software components of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to make.
4) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
* LIMITED WARRANTY. RP software ensured that (a) the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a period of ninety (180) days from the receipt date in accordance with the essential accompanying written documentation of RP software development works, that (b) by RP-software support services offered essentially the benefits equivalent to the corresponding written material supplied by RP-listed software development, and that (c) the support staff of RP software development in an economically acceptable level efforts will be any problems with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to solve.
* LEGAL RIGHTS OF THE CLIENTS. The entire liability of RP and its software suppliers and your sole legal entitlement in accordance with RP-Softwareentwicklung either (a) refund of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for any paid license fee (must not exceed the recommended retail price does not exceed), or b) replacement or in the repair of components of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, not the Limited Warranty RP software development to meet the RP software with proof of purchase will be returned. This Limited Warranty is void if the faulty operation of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the result of accident, misuse or improper use. For a replacement SOFTWARE PRODUCT is a warranty period on the remaining period of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, provided that the rest period less than thirty days

5) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE CLOSE-RP Software AND ITS SUPPLIERS, IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT CAUSED OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR ANY KIND. THIS DISCLAIMER ALSO APPLIES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR SUPPORT SERVICES, OR FAILURE OF THE SAME DAMAGES, EVEN IF RP software development OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WAS. IN ANY EVENT WILL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF FP-Softwareentwicklung FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT LIMITATION, YOU AS LICENSEE FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT HAVE PAID. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU WITH RP-Softwareentwicklung AN AGREEMENT ON SUPPORT SERVICES HAVE DONE, IS THAT THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF FP-Softwareentwicklung FOR SUPPORT SERVICES BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED.
